This includes the time required for ordering, casting, creation, shipping, processing, handling, and other necessary steps to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition.

Returns & Refunds
How We Do It
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Affordable Elegance. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your diamond, gemstone, or precious metal jewelry purchase, you may return your item(s) with 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange.
All items must be returned in the same condition as when they were received, with all original packaging and paperwork. Please note that we can only accept returns for pieces with manufacturing errors. Custom or special orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions. Please include your order number and reason for return in your request. Once we receive your package and confirm that your item(s) meets our return criteria, we will process your refund to your original form of payment with 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of any item(s). We recommend that you insure your package and use a trackable shippimg method as Affordable Elegance is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process.
